Graeme Dearle Wins Silver Medal for Top Tour Guide at the 2024 Australian Tourism Awards!
We are so excited to announce that Graeme Dearle, our founder and lead guide at Pemberton Discovery Tours, was awarded the Silver Medal at the prestigious 2024 Australian Tourism Awards in the Top Tour Guide category! The awards ceremony took place in September at Government House in Canberra, where the very best in the tourism industry were recognised for their dedication, passion, and contribution to Australian tourism.
Winning the Silver Medal at the Australian Tourism Awards is an incredible honour and a testament to Graeme’s commitment to delivering exceptional eco-tourism experiences in the stunning Southern Forests and Valleys region of Western Australia.
Competing alongside some of the nation’s top guides, Graeme stood out for his deep knowledge of the region, passion for conservation, and ability to create meaningful connections with every guest.
The Gold Medal in the Top Tour Guide category was awarded to Adam Brand from Magnetic Island, whose tours have captivated visitors from across the globe. Being considered in the same calibre as such a fantastic guide speaks volumes about the quality of the experiences Graeme creates here at Pemberton Discovery Tours.
