For FULL Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to guests staying at participating accommodation providers.

• Employees of Pemberton Discovery Tours and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

1. Entry:

• To enter the competition, guests must complete the online form.

• One entry per person per stay is allowed.

1. Prize:

• The prize is a refund of the tour cost for up to 2 people for the 'Beach & Forest Eco Adventure'.

• The refund will be processed after the tour if the booking was made in advance.

• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Draw:

• The competition is drawn weekly.

• Winners will be selected randomly and notified via the email provided on the form.

1. Commission:

• Participating accommodation providers will receive a commission for each entry submitted through their establishment.

• Commission details will be agreed upon separately with each accommodation provider.

1. Marketing:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Pemberton Discovery Tours.

• Participants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email.

1. Privacy:

• Personal information collected through the entry form will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and marketing by Pemberton Discovery Tours.

• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

1. General:

• Pemberton Discovery Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.

• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
